He won't touch what the rest of the world might describe as a "ripe" banana -- if it's got any brown on it. So it's into the freezer or I have to be creative. So then I end up buying green bananas, and about half the time they end up being the kind that go straight from green to spotted with no nice yellow period in between. Arrggghhh!
