ps- made the cajun stuffed sweet potatoes for dinner tonight. I loved them, Steve was &quot;OK&quot; with them. This is my kind of comfort food, not his. But it was super easy, and pretty cheap (even with organic ingredients). I forgot to put in the brown sugar and we didn't miss it. I would probably serve with a green veggie next time.</description>
