But I can't eat them as long as I'm nursing anyway. Both my kids get a nasty bum rash from any kind of pepper, esp. the red ones. Maybe in a few years when they are both weaned... ps- made the cajun stuffed sweet potatoes for dinner tonight. I loved them, Steve was "OK" with them. This is my kind of comfort food, not his. But it was super easy, and pretty cheap (even with organic ingredients). I forgot to put in the brown sugar and we didn't miss it. I would probably serve with a green veggie next time.
